Shipping & Returns
We ship only to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally and we do not ship to U.S. Territories.
Love On You currently offers free ground shipping on all US orders $49+ (excluding Hawaii & Alaska)
Once orders are placed, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order.
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to find out when your loving goodies should be arriving. If the merchandise you have selected is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued for the merchandise cost, or if you would like to something else in exchange.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the event that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise,Love On You is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Love On You is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.
Love On You is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, pertaining to clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Love On You is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or Love On You will need to contact USPS to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on USPS end. Be advised, in some cases, USPS may require a police report to open an investigation.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of Love On You products, unless they arrive damaged, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations. If your products arrive damaged, or if you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
apparel exchange policy
If you notice your t-shirt item is too small or too big and would like to exchange for a different size, please email us at email@example.com. Please screen shot a full picture of the item, including the size label. You will be able to exchange only once. You will also be responsible for the returned shipping fee. Once we receive the item, we will n otify you and we will re-ship you your requested updated t-shirt size, and provide a new shipping tracking number.
